Letting work encroach on life

falling-asleep-at-desk-woman-her-grounbreaking-see-share-onToday I’d like to talk about what happens when work takes over your life. By that I mean more than working long hours, I’m talking about when work starts to ruin your social life, your relationships and your health. When it changes you, to a point where you’re not who you used to be. What can we do about this, and how can we prevent it?

This blog post has moved!

It’s gone to, “That’s Mental, a platform to talk freely about mental health“. You can find it here.

  1. This post helped me so much today! As I am starting a new job and have been allowing it to slowly seep into my life, I definitely got a little, gentle wake-up call. Thank you 🙂

    1. That’s such a nice thing for me to hear! I’m sorry that you have been letting your job seep into your life, but I’m also really glad the blog post helped bring some perspective. I hope you can keep it at bay and still enjoy work.
