Hi, I’m Emma. A British national, Frenchie at heart, now living in Amsterdam. I’m a very passionate person, and I use my passion to give me drive and energy for the projects I work on.
I’ve dedicated my career to communications, primarily in digital and social media. Highlights of my work include working on an award-winning campaign on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) for Roche France; developing an eye-opening campaign about working mothers for the brand Femibion and an 8 month secondment to Novartis in the Pharma social media team.
In addition to my work in communications, I feel strongly about helping people and believe that work can be more than just a 9-5 to pay the bills. I want to help create better experiences in the workplace which is why I worked for Impraise – a company that supports a culture of feedback as a path to career growth and self-accomplishment. At Weber Shandwick I headed the People Pillar with the aim to improve employee experience, learning & development opportunities, and promote employee wellbeing within the office.
Last but not least, I am a mental health advocate, dedicated to raising awareness about mental health, particularly in the workplace. You can read all of my blog posts here.
